China Trust Finance Leasing (Shanghai) Company Limited ("CTL") is a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE), incorporated on May 7, 2012. With a registered capital of USD30M (about 190M Renminbi), CTL is a finance company licensed by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce to conduct local currency leasing business.
        CTL is led by an experienced management team with decades of experience in the industry. We rely on management and shareholder’s wealth of industry experience and market channels to cooperate with well-known domestic and foreign equipment manufacturers in order to provide comprehensive financing solutions to our customers. CTL is committed to develop flexible financing programs according to the different financing needs of SMEs in China.
        CTL’s is involved in the finance leasing of four sectors:

1. Transportation

Lease asset: Cars and buses
Potential customers: Car rental companies, fortune 500 companies, state owned enterprises and other SMEs that would like to purchase cars for corporate uses.
Vendor/Manufacturer: Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, GM and etc.

2. Media

Lease asset: Media and television equipments, LED billboard.
Potential customers: Local TV stations throughout the country, media companies and advertising companies.
Vendor/Manufacturer: Sony, Samsung, Sharp, Canon and etc.

3. Wood & Timber

Lease asset: Assembly lines or equipments for manufacturing wood-based panels or other wood & timber products.
Potential customers: Manufacturers of wood-based products.
Vendor/Manufacturer: Tiefenbach or other vendors selected by customers.

4. Others

Apart from the three major sectors described above, CTL will consider deals in other sectors if the customers have excellent operating and financial track records. We are especially interested in sectors that are supported by Chinese government that comes with banks approval (meaning banks would like to disperse loans via finance leasing companies’ platform.
